June 12, 2018–The following Tuesday, June 12 , is our June planning meeting and lunch at Marsha Frederick’s. We will start our planning/evaluation of last year programs and schedule at 10 AM. Pot Luck Luncheon will follow at noonish. Everyone is invited. Not just the Board members.

WOW IT MOVED 9 DAYS UP FROM LAST YEAR!
Contact your local college/university to help them plan an AAUW Start Smart salary negotiation workshop to commemorate Equal Pay Day, the symbolic day when women’s wages “catch up” to men’s wages from the year before. Read our resource on how to be a salary negotiation , workshop ambassador to get started. It takes a few months to get a workshop scheduled on campus, so start today!

BIRTHDAY GROUP meets bi-monthly to celebrate members’ birthdays with lunch at local restaurants and to share interests, memories, and opinions. A new contact is needed to coordinate this group. COOPERATIVE DINNERS GROUP is a group of members most of whom live alone and meet to enjoy prepared meals . Everyone contributes some part of the dinner and they meet at homes of members who have generous dinner tables.
